How does preordering work?

You pay us £50 to secure the frame, when the frames come into stock we will call you to collect the balance and your frame will ship. Deposits are non-refundable and preorders are on a first come - first served basis.

The Warranty Stuff

All Static Products come with a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects for the original owner (and we know who you are - hehe)

However this does not cover:

• Innapropriate abuse or wear and tear
• Crash damage
• Damage caused by modification or alterations to the original product
• Running incompatible products with ours (eg triple clamp forks or forks with over 100mm travel)
• Being fitted or built up by an idiot

All claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis and if you are honest you will get a better response. We know how our products react to hard riding so dont try claiming something fell apart when you were riding down the road.

If you have broken something by being dumb, or crashing just let us know and we'll do what we can to get you a replacement for a reduced price.

 

All warranty claims or returns should be authorised before returning the product to us. Call or email to arrange this.

Returns

if you're unhappy with your product or have ordered the wrong thing, or we sent the wrong one please get in touch asap and we'll replace your goods or issue you with a full refund.
